Galashiels Lawn Tennis Club

Galashiels Lawn Tennis Club was established in the late 19th Century and despite having several homes now resides in the grounds of Galashiels Academy. The Courts themselves are part of a complex that includes the local Swimming pool and are run by the Scottish Borders Council. The Tennis Club comprises of members ranging from 8 years - 60 years Male/Female.

There are 4 All weather courts and a clubhouse, which has male/female changing rooms; WC & shower facilities and a small general-purpose room.

The Club competes in the regional Gents and Mixed League as well as some National competitions.

There are various activities throughout the year on both a playing and social side.
Coaching is also available on request.
