About Gary Moore

Gary Moore, who is recognised as the Border's leading chef and one of Scotland's top chefs, launched his own business in April 2003, after working most of his life in either 5 star or rosetted establishments. He has been privileged to have cooked at functions for heads of states, politicans & celebrities. Often having catered for up to 2500 he brings his expertise to your special event.
