Based in Galashiels in the Scottish Borders, Philip Macari developed AM.PM as a division of his long established family run café business.

Started by his grandfather, Giovanni, in 1923, his mother and father carried on the family interest in 1939. In those days the mobile unit was a horse and cart or a bicycle carrying Ice Cream and Confectionery around Galashiels. Nowadays things have moved on some, and drawing from many years of experience in catering, AM/PM is now an attractive and professional operation, which caters extensively throughout Central Scotland.

These modern units, which are available for large or small events, are served by fully trained and friendly staff.
